La Bella is an Arabian, Muslim hijabi by the name of Rula, that resides in the Chicagoland area. At the age of 14 hijab became a must in her life. About a year or so down the line she began to realize the beauty and modesty in wearing the hijab. Starting off with the simple Ameerah (2 piece hijab), she worked her way up to pashmina and rectangular scarves. Surprisingly, all throughout her childhood and teenage years La Bella grew up as a tomboy. It wasn't until later in highschool did she begin to develop an interest in fashion... thus becoming the hijabi fashionista she is today.
